Chinese water spinach - pak boong 
Chinese water spinach is also known as Chinese morning glory. I think it looks closer to morning glory than spinach, although the leaves are much narrower than the morning glory. The flowers are white. There are several types available in Thailand but only one is available in the US. Chinese water spinach does not keep for long in the fridge, try to use it within a few day of purchase.
