Curry Powder
This is the traditional Indian curry powder that you get in the US at chain supermarkets that is made of 6 or 7 spices. Curry powder is also available at Indian groceries. In Thai cooking, it is used in Stir Fry and many other dishes.
Curry powder is not related to Thai curry paste.
