- 1 cup chicken
- 1 tablespoon green onion
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 5 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
Method
Cut up the chicken into bite size pieces and marinade with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and sake for 15 minutes. Dust the chicken with flour and pan fry in the oil.
Sauce: Pour out the oil. Add the rest of soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and hot sauce over medium heat. Dump the chicken in. Stir to coat the chicken with the sauce. Garnish with green onion. Serve hot with rice.
