2-3 Servings, Prep Time: 15 Minutes, Total Time: 10 Minutes
Boil water. Add soy bean paste and dashi. That is the basic soup. Add vegetable and/or tofu. Let boil and serve hot.
I garnish my soup with green onion sometimes, just for the color.
