- 1 tablespoon green onion
- 2 leaves lettuce
- nanami Optional
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 leaves shiso Optional
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 package extra firm tofu
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
Method
Cube tofu. I would recommend to use any tofu except for soft silken one. Use any vegetable you like cut into bite size. Add any sea weed if you like. I would recommend get a bag from a Japanese grocery. Shiso is sesame leave (I was told). Cut up shiso into thin strip.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and vinegar together. Pour on top of vegetable and mix well. Sprinkle nanami. Serve chilled.
